About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
Providing and monitoring the care of residents
Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team
To be successful, you will have
Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
